We don’t have a bunch of prerequisites, and we will ensure you’re trained.

The Guide Experience

A SetPath Guide works individually with SetPath Planners to help them navigate the life planning process.
You’ll bring your experience and our training to young adults who want to hear from you. You’ll provide them with the support and encouragement they need to flourish as adults. SetPath will train and support you as a SetPath Guide. We will give you access to the in-app Guide Dashboard to ensure you can appropriately facilitate your relationship. You’ll be supported as you give your time and energy to the next generation.

Disclaimer: SetPath will not pair you with a Planner. It is your responsibility to invite a Planner (or vice versa) into the relationship at SetPath. This is most likely someone you already know or have a mutual connection with.

How to Become a Guide

To get started as a guide, you need to:
