Wesley works with SetPath Guides to train and equip them to lead young adults through the SetPath program. Wesley knows how impactful and life-changing the Life Planning process can be and has a passion for working alongside both Guides and Planners on this journey.
Wesley has mentored young men since graduating high school and knows what it’s like to be drifting through those defining years of life; he hopes to bring clarity and direction back to those who choose SetPath. When Wesley is not working, you’ll most likely find him mountain biking, snowboarding, woodworking, or fixing something that’s broken.
Dylan works with the SetPath team and outside creatives to build and share the SetPath mission. In addition to overseeing SetPath marketing, Dylan is also a certified SetPath Guide.
After being mentored for nearly two decades, he’s had the opportunity to return the favor and has mentored some amazing people over the last several years. Working as a SetPath Guide side-by-side with Planners has been a true testament of Dylan’s belief in the power of relationships.
He currently lives in Tualatin, OR with his beautiful wife and two daughters. Surfing with friends, hanging with family, and enjoying the outdoors is what he lives for.
Amanda joined the SetPath team in 2023 to help steer fundraising efforts for the organization. With a background in non-profit operations and fundraising, she was drawn to SetPath’s touching mission and the focus on supporting youth to make impactful and healthy decisions at pivotal points in their lives. Amanda grew up with several supportive Guides that helped her get to where she is today and is honored to support the efforts to bring SetPath’s life changing mentoring to those who need it most.
Amanda currently lives in Bend, Oregon with her fiancé, Kyle. She takes advantage of every opportunity to be outside – whether that’s mountain biking, hiking, or exploring the PNW in her bright orange campervan – but, she’s no stranger to a good book and a cozy fireplace when the Oregon weather is less friendly!
Johanna Ralsten-Cox is our Director of Formation, leading the charge to mobilize skilled, committed, and nurturing SetPath Guides for our Planners. She has spent 15 years in the youth and nonprofit education space, with a keen interest in people and training.
Originally from the Midwest, Johanna moved to Miami FL in 2009 as a Teach for America corps member. She left the classroom to run a middle and high school neighborhood program in Homestead, and spent 12 years with Miami YFC, steadily moving up the ranks from youth program director to Chief Officer of Programs & People. During this time, she also was a founding member of Together for Children, a county-wide initiative to stop youth gun violence. She still lives a few blocks away from her old youth center, and she mentors old and new students.
Johanna lives with her husband, Justin, and their two kids, and you will often find one of their adopted cousins/tias/abuelos at the house. They love music, reading, and Mexican (or Cuban…or Colombian…) bakeries.
With almost two decades of experience in the youth-serving nonprofit space, Kevin possesses a deep-rooted passion for seeing young people grow and become thriving adults with agency over their identity, beliefs, and life’s purpose. Throughout his career, he’s focused on leading through corporate strategy execution, structure, and staff enablement to proliferate relationships of influence between caring adults and young people.
Kevin states that he is humbled to serve with the talented SetPath team on a mission to transfer hope, purpose, and direction to young people. The need is great as highlighted by Springtide Research’s Belonging Report, revealing that upwards of 30% of Gen Z only have one caring adult in their lives. Kevin is committed to ensuring that young people of all backgrounds have caring adults as guides who see them, understand them and walk with them to find purpose and belonging.
Outside his professional life, Kevin lives in the city of Portland, Oregon. He embraces the simple joys of life, like savoring a warm cup of coffee from exceptional local roasters. You can find Kevin out enjoying a meal at a local restaurant with his partner, Tara, or playfully engaging with their pup, Finnian.

For the past two and a half decades, Daniel has led a team of executive coaches who help business leaders to better lead themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Along with coaching thousands of leaders through this process, he co-authored Living Forward, which is now helping people create these life plans in more than 20 languages.
As he walked older people through this process, he heard two common remarks, “This is life-changing” and, “I wish someone would have introduced me to this when I was in my 20’s”. And so, SetPath was created to help younger people who feel lost find a path.
Daniel and his wife Sheri have always had a passion and felt a calling to mentor young adults as they head into this defining decade of life. In 2020, they felt it was time to make this stage of life planning and mentoring a reality. Daniel serves SetPath by being an advocate, spokesperson, and co-founder—and holds the official title of ‘dad’ to Dylan and Wesley.
